At Spainholiday.eu we care about our clients and for this reason, we have created a small guide for holiday renters. If you cannot find your answers in the points below, please contact our customer service, and we will be glad to assist you.
Security
We control each property and its owner. In addition, we monitor the owners and if they receive very frequent complaints, we will stop relations with them. We only want to promote properties where our visitors feel safe and happy.
Theft “phishing”.
Owners contact tenants via email that is not protected by www.spainholiday.eu. It is important to also confirm the identity of the owner by telephone. • If you have any doubts or need more assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
No Fixed Standard
There is no fixed standard for how payment will arrange with the owner, although they usually ask for a reservation between 20-50% percent of the total amount.
Submitted An Inquiry
If you submitted an inquiry to the owner, you would receive a follow-up email within 2 days, with a direct link to the listing you inquired about. If you have not received a response from the owner by then, we will help you contact the property owner.
Provide Your Correct Email Address
Be sure to provide your correct email address and phone number with country code so the owner can contact you. Consider the possibility to rent a car to explore the beautiful coastal areas close to where you will have your holiday home.
Shortlist
Use the “shortlist” that we have created for you. It is a good method to put all your choices holiday homes in a favorites list until you are sure which one would you like to choose for your next holidays with us. You must pay special attention if a property uploaded on the platform promises too much at a low price or severely below market prices.
