The property is a terraced house within walking distance of shopping and restaurants as well as public transport. Benalmadena Pueblo is a cozy village with white houses decorated with flower pots, narrow streets and squares with cozy tapas bars, and restaurants where you can enjoy the sun and the relaxing environment that prevails in Pueblo. Benalmadena Pueblo is located approx. 20 min from Malaga Airport.
Fantastic holiday home in Benalmadena Pueblo consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bright living room with a dining area, a sofa arrangement, and a TV with Danish international channels. From the living room, there is access to a south-facing terrace with lots of sun and a fantastic view of the coast and the Mediterranean Sea. On the terrace there is a weber gas grill and a table with chairs and sunbeds, there is also an awning if the sun gets too harsh.
Two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and ensuite newly renovated bathrooms. There is also a guests toilet in the ground floor.
The home is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and integrated internet/WIFI.
