This fantastic holiday home is located in the coveted Reserva del Higueron area and has a short distance from the train, the beach, and the 7 km long promenade which offers everything from shopping, restaurants, cafes… There is a free train (bus) running in the area which transports guests back and forth from the beach or the supermarket and restaurants at the entrance to the Reserva del Higueron.
Fantastic holiday home in Med Two was newly built in 2022 and is tastefully modernly furnished. The apartment is bright and invites you to pleasant moments. The home contains a large open fully equipped kitchen. Nice living room with large window sections to the beautiful sunny terrace from where you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace is equipped with a plank table for 6 people, hanging chair, and 2 sunbeds. Two good bedrooms of which the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
The apartment is fully equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and fiber internet is also available in the holiday home.
There is a private parking space available.
