This beautiful holiday townhouse with private pool is located in “La Roca” in Torreblanca, Fuengirola.
From the house there is a short distance to the beach, the Paseo Marítimo with 7km of beach (facing the sea), shops and restaurants, as well as cafes.

This wonderful terraced house is divided into four floors.

On the main floor, where you enter the house, we will find a beautiful, very bright living room equipped with a set of sofas and a Smart TV, with incredible views of the sea and with access to a small terrace. We will also find a perfectly equipped kitchen, a dining table for six and a small toilet.

On the first floor we will find the main bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a nice balcony.

On the second floor we will find two bedrooms, both with double beds and their respective en-suite bathrooms. From one of them you can access the terrace that is available on this top floor, where we will find a beautiful and cozy private pool, with garden furniture, to enjoy the sun in summer.

In the attic we will find a bedroom / games room, with a sofa bed and access to a terrace, from where we can watch the sunset / sunrise.
